Abstract Submission Guidelines

Points to be Noted
  • In the online abstract submission system, please use the latest version of the following web browsers; (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome)
  • One author cannot submit more than 1 oral paper.
  • After submitting your abstract, please be sure to check whether it has been submitted successfully and please note the Auto Generated Submission ID for future.
  • Registration for the conference is mandatory for considering the abstract by the scientific committee.
  • Only the presenting author will be allowed to present his/her work, under any circumstances Co-Author will not be allowed to present the work.
  • The decision of the scientific committee is final
Free Paper Submission Guidelines
  • The abstract must not exceed 250 words and should be in 12pt Arial font with double spacing.
  • Please mention if you want your paper to be considered for medal session.
  • Do not include the personal details (Presenting Author, Co-Author, Institute or hospital name in Abstract).
  • A delegate can present only one oral presentation. Poster presentation can be additional.
  • Length of presentation: 8 minutes (+2 minutes discussion).
  • Postgraduate students presenting paper need to submit a letter from the Head of the Department.
  • Any paper submitted by the Post Graduate student should be certified by His / Her mentor.
  • The presentation must be in powerpoint 2007 format or later version.
  • Presenters are requested to strictly adhere to the time limits.
  • Inclusion of paper for medals is at the discretion of the scientific committee of OASISCON 2020.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject any paper without assigning any reason
    thereof.
  • Last date for submitting the abstract is 25thOctober 2020
  • Presenting authors will receive email regarding selection of oral presentation and medal presentation
    by 1 Nov 2020.
  • Selected papers will be considered for presentation in the main conference only if we receive pre-recorded
    power point presentation with narration before 10 Nov,2020

e-Poster Submission Guidelines

  • Do not include the personal details (Presenting Author, Co-Author, Institute or hospital name in Abstract).
  • Inclusion of e-poster for medal is at the discretion of the scientific committee of OASISCON 2020.
  • Scientific committee reserves the right to accept/reject any poster without assigning any reason thereof.
  • Last date for submitting the abstract is 25thOctober 2020
  • All the presenters are requested to be present online during the poster session to discuss the points raised by the delegates visiting the e-posters.
  • Presenting authors will receive email regarding selection of paper by 1 Nov 2020
  • Members of scientific committee will review all submitted abstracts.
  • Presenting authors will receive notification of abstract acceptance / rejection by email.
  • E-posters should reach the scientific committee by email([email protected]) on or before
    10 Nov,2020
  • Registration for the conference is mandatory for all the presenting authors.

Number of Authors
In the online system, up to 4 co-authors can be registered. If you would like to register more than 4 co-authors, please write an email to [email protected] with the names of additional authors.

Submission Method / Submission No. / Password
In addition to the Paper ID provided when you first submit an abstract, you may edit the abstract as many times as desired before the deadline, using the proposal ID and password. You must manage recording and security protection for your password yourself. Since the proposal ID and password are necessary to confirm that your abstract has been successfully submitted, as well as to edit the abstract, please be sure to record them accurately. For security reasons, we will not answer any inquiries about proposal IDs and passwords.

Please Note:
You can edit your Abstract only when you chose the option SAVE AS DRAFT, Abstract cannot be edited if you click the option SAVE & SUBMIT.

Notification (announcement) of acceptance / rejection

  • Acceptance or rejection of an abstract will be determined by the scientific committee of OASISCON 2020.
  • This will be notified to the presenting author via email.
